Feedback and contact details

In case of problems with website availability, please contact the Tourism Development Bureau, turystyka@lublin.eu. You can also contact us by calling 81 466 3850. The same way you can apply for unavailable information and complain about the lack of accessibility.

Everyone has the right to request the accessibility of a digital website or some element of it. You can also request information through an alternative means of access, for example, by reading a digitally unavailable document, describing the content of a film without audio description and so on. The request should include the identity of the person making the request and an indication of how to be contacted. If the requesting person requests information by means of an alternative means of access, he or she should also specify a convenient way of presenting the information. The Tourist Development Bureau should process the request immediately, but no later than seven days after the request is made. If this deadline cannot be met, the Tourist Development Bureau will immediately inform the applicant when it will be possible to comply with the request. Still, this deadline may not be longer than two months from the date of the request. If it is not possible to ensure digital accessibility, the Tourist Development Bureau may propose an alternative way of accessing the information. If the Tourist Development Bureau refuses to comply with a request for accessibility or an alternative means of accessing information, the complainant may complain about the digital accessibility of the website. Once the procedure referred to above has been exhausted, a request may also be made to the Ombudsman.
