Ansaldo

Ansaldo

Ansaldo is a cosy hotel restaurant with a unique menu. The dishes served here take you into the world Pola Negri and Eugeniusz Bodo, referring to the culinary richness of Poland from the 1920s. A well-coordinated team works on the flavours and aesthetics of dishes under the watchful eye of the Chef - Jarosław Wydra. The vibe of the restaurant is complemented by an interior which refers to the interwar period. It is also interesting that the name "Ansaldo" comes from the plane produced in Lublin at Mechanical Plant of Plage and Laśkiewicz, which flew for the first time on June 19, 1921,. The restaurant is located in the place where the former airport in Bronowice was.
